Annual General Meeting 2023
WRBC 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM): will be held on Sunday, March 26 at 11:15 am.
Everyone is welcome to attend, but only members are allowed to vote. A light lunch will be provided, and check-in is required for 18+. Please click here for the 2023 AGM Agenda and to view the AGM Package; items to be voted on (2022 AGM draft minutes, 2022 Church Rolls, 2022 Financial Statements, 2023 Budget, and 2023 Candidates for Directors).
AGM Package: Printed copies are available for pick up this Friday, Mar 10 at the office or at the info desk on Sundays. If you would like to take a copy please bring it back for the AGM to follow along!
In addition, a vote will be taken for CBWC motions for members and adherents (not current members of WRBC) so we can better inform our delegates who will be representing WRBC at the CBWC Assembly, June 1-3, 2023. Please take some time to review these documents before the AGM.
