And I will teach you the way that is good and right." 1 Sam 12:23 In the Old Testament, we read about a dark time in Israel's history. The priesthood under Eli had broken down, and the people were spiritually adrift and physically threatened by their enemies. But God had a plan: He raised up the young prophet Samuel with a vital mission—to pray, intercede, and stand in the gap so the people wouldn't perish. When Samuel prayed, God answered with victory. We believe that prayer is still the turning point for our lives, our families, and our church today.
