This upcoming Winter, WRBC is offering English classes. Our WRBC ESL Program welcomes adult learners from both local and international backgrounds, whose primary language is not English and who are interested in participating in our program. The classes are scheduled for twice-weekly sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, spanning from 10 am to 12 pm. The tuition fee is $100, excluding study materials. Enrolment operates on a first-come, first-served basis, as space is limited.
